It is known that colors have a direct effect at both a biological and psychological level, affecting the health of our brain, organs and moods. Each color holds a different wave length and meaning when it comes to psychological health. Colors can evoke strong feelings and can be used to either stimulate or relax any part of the body that might be out of balance, creating unwanted health symptoms. Colors can help us process and express emotions that might be difficult to understand. There is a direct connection between the mental and emotional body, so when emotions are stuffed or blocked the adverse effects can be many and manifest in disease (dis-ease). Use of colored light can help release emotions stuck at a cellular level, and promote healing in the deeper spaces of our Being.

At LightPathways we use a combination of color (light) and sound (music) to help bring the body back into balance. Colors are chosen with specific intent to address symptoms directly.
